Human Trafficking Pledge

Worldwide, almost 20% of trafficking victims are children. Sexual Exploitation is the most common form of human trafficking. Women comprise majority of human trafficking victims. LQBTQ+ Youth Are also Victims.

Discrimination, un-confidence, financial instability, and lack of family support are all significant contributing factors to both homelessness, and resulting human trafficking of LGBTQ+ Youth.

As a firm founded in the unique Sonoran Desert, our practices bring forth water conservation efforts in each step of the development process and we adhere to the most stringent measures where applicable.

Educational initiatives are imperative in ensuring that the dissemination of pertinent applicable resources and information reach the desired parties. We aim to increase awareness to a multiplicity of issues via our learning center, press, media and other publications.

If someone is:

What is a restavek?

In Haiti, a restavek is a child who is given to a host family in hopes of achieving a better life. This often results in abuse from the host family to the restavek child.

Per Restavek Freedom, over 300,000 children are currently restavek, 60% of whom are female.

A day in the life of a restavek may include: 

Cooking and washing dishes for others (as a child)Washing laundry for others (as a child)Shopping alone in the market for others (as a child)Care forothersmall children in the host family (as a child)
