Norris Architects had been commissioned to reimagine a repurposing a once fully operational hotel from the early 1900's.

The original structure had been vacant for decades, and proposed key potential in demonstrating how unutilized buildings can be repurposed and restored.

along a street abutting the bustling downtown district, this time-piece had proposed an opportunity to transform a pre-existing structure while retaining the existing architectural character as present.

Proposed was a multi-unit residential condominium complex, with rooftop view-deck. The intention of the space was to capture the allure of the city's surrounding forestry.
